Therapy can be a meaningful experience, requiring both creativity and courage. It is a unique space where my patients get to feel heard and recognized.
In our individual therapy sessions, you will have the opportunity to openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I will work with you to explore challenges, set goals, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's complexities. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and can address a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development.
The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and collaboration. Through a series of one-on-one sessions, we will work together to uncover insights, build resilience, and foster positive change. Whether you're seeking guidance during a difficult time or aiming for personal growth and self-discovery, our individual therapy sessions are designed to empower you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
*I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, depending on your preference and availability.

Parts-work
I specialize in work with people who are navigating queer identities and experiences, practicing ethical non-monogamy/poly relationships, supporting individuals who are "poly-curious", and helping folks who are a part of the alt sex community.
I provide customized therapy sessions designed for the birthing parent, their partners, and their families, focusing on addressing emotional experiences related to family planning, conception efforts, infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, infant bonding, and the early stages of parenthood.
I offer personalized support for individuals navigating work environments characterized by long hours, insufficient compensation, mounting demands, and limited job security. My work is dedicated to addressing the exhaustion experienced in these settings, emphasizing that it's not a reflection of your capabilities but a systemic issue.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, or KAP, is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy, to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. KAP encourages neuroplasticity, helping individuals get “unstuck” from negative thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions, through facilitating safe and effective psychedelic support for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD and addiction.
I am a trained Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy provider through Fluence, the leading continuing education organization in psychedelic integration and psychedelic-assisted therapy.
Please contact me for more information about KAP to help you navigate if it may be a good fit for you.
Honoring the unique wisdom and lived experience that each patient brings to the work.

Prioritizing transformative justice and incorporating traditional healing methods as integral components of my approach.
